MEI Chih-Ling  (TW)

MEI CHIH-LING graduated from the Department of Acrobatics, National Taiwan College of Performing Arts. She devotes herself in circus arts and is now a member of Eye Catching circus. She specializes in high-altitude stunt (Aerial Silks) and contortion and launches new circus works every year.

In recent years, she gradually acts as a creator (director) rather than a performer. Using the unique physical discourse in circus, she explores the connection and reflection between sexuality and society. In 2020, she created an all-female circus work #Since1994 where she acted as both the director and the performer.
